The organization Tarantella is planning an attack by utilizing a space-bound device to create hail all over the planet, codenamed "Operation Stardust". Patalliro, Bancoran, and Maraich must put a stop to their scheme, and lie the mystery of Bancoran's supposedly-dead former lover Junior to rest.
