When Rachel, a gorgeous yogi, steps on Maggie's yoga mat, Maggie is highly triggered and crushed. She dissolves into a silly and grand and poetic fantasy world. There she must work through trauma and find her voice in order to rejoin reality and yoga class. For it is there, and only there, she can confront Rachel and reach true inner peace.
