Rio Tsumugi (紬 りお, Tsumugi Rio) is a Japanese actress who has developed her career across different areas of entertainment, ranging from music and voice acting to adult cinema. Active as an AV actress since October 2018, she is affiliated with T-Powers and Red Dragon. Her body measurements are 86-57-88 cm (E cup), and she is 1.55 m tall. Her blood type is A. Her hobbies include shopping. Born on May 16, 1994, in Saitama Prefecture, Japan, she became involved in the entertainment industry from a young age, working in themed cafés such as Maid Witch in Saitama and in Akihabara venues like Dear Stage and St. Grace Court. In October 2009 she began her career as an idol and voice actress under the agency EBA Production, using the stage name Rio Yukino (雪乃 りお). On May 16, 2010, she made her singing debut at CLUB SEATA in Kichijōji, performing the original song "Hey Boy" together with her agency mate Yuria Yumesaki (夢咲 ゆりあ), forming the duo Animetic Placebo. She also took part in the unit Sister Drop. Her activities expanded to radio, television and internet.
